What does the initial session involve?
The Vision & Feasibility Session starts with a site visit to your space, followed by a structured conversation about how you use the space, what you want from it, and what constraints exist. You receive a written brief with spatial observations and a curated selection of reference images within one week.
Do you work on both residential and commercial spaces?
Yes. The Holistic Design Package is well suited to both apartments, landed homes, and smaller commercial interiors such as offices, retail spaces, or hospitality venues. We are happy to discuss the specifics of your project during an initial conversation.
How long does a full design project typically take?
A Holistic Design Package runs approximately 6–10 weeks from briefing to final design delivery. Procurement & Site Management, which covers the execution phase, typically adds a further 8–16 weeks depending on scope and contractor availability. Timelines are discussed and agreed upon before we begin.
Can I engage only one part of the process?
Absolutely. Each service is designed to stand on its own. Some clients engage us purely for a Vision & Feasibility Session to get clarity before making decisions. Others arrive with an existing design and want support only during the execution phase. We are happy to find an arrangement that fits your situation.
What areas do you serve?
Our studio is based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. We work across the Klang Valley — including KL, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Damansara, and surrounding areas. For projects further afield, please reach out and we can discuss feasibility.
How are your fees structured?
Our services have clear, fixed prices: Vision & Feasibility Session at MYR 460, Holistic Design Package at MYR 3,600, and Procurement & Site Management at MYR 1,850. We discuss the full scope and any additional considerations before issuing an invoice. No surprises.
