How we approach every project

Every engagement at Vael Atelier begins with the same premise: understand the space and the people who use it before suggesting anything. This sounds obvious — but most design problems come from skipping this step. We take briefing seriously, document everything in writing, and build each design decision from the specifics of your project rather than from a default palette or style preference. A comprehensive design engagement covering floor planning, elevation drawings, material and finish selection, furniture sourcing, lighting layout, and high-quality 3D renders. Every element is considered in relation to the whole. Includes a complete design book and two revision sessions. Suited for apartments, landed homes, and commercial interiors. For clients who want a unified, considered result rather than a collection of independent decisions.

End-to-end support during the execution phase — from sourcing furniture and materials to coordinating deliveries and overseeing contractor work. Includes periodic site visits, progress reports, and a final arrangement and styling session. Ensures nothing is lost between design intent and physical reality. Valued by clients who want attentive, organised project follow-through without having to manage it themselves.
